Control System

A software and hardware that instantly analyzes and controls all processes, gases in the environment and machine purities unique to OXYCAT High Altitude Systems. Through automation, you can see the humidity, temperature, target oxygen values, current oxygen level and altitude values in the chamber on the touch screen. In addition, you can remotely monitor, start, change the altitude, or stop your high altitude system with our unique smartphone application that comes with our unique control system.

 

N2 Generator

It is the equipment that produces N2 from the ambient air to reduce the O2 level in the application chambers. Purity, high quality and low maintenance requirements are guaranteed in our generators. As OXYCAT, we definitely do not prefer membrane system generators or other simpler machines where purities and long life cannot be achieved. Our Approach and Technology is highly transparent and measurable. For this reason, we only use industrial devices that are produced with high quality materials, can provide gentle flows suitable for altitude application, are easy to maintain, durable and long-lasting. Room Accessories

It consists of various CA accessories such as room connections of the machines, pressure balancers, room valves, ventilation fans, temperature sensors, safety sensors, external measuring devices, safety buttons. All accessories and measuring devices used are designed with high quality and long-lasting products.

 

Gas Tight Chambers

They are hermetically sealed volumes. It can be made suitable for simulation in existing areas and volumes by providing the necessary sealing features in a sports club, at home or in a hotel room. Since the oxygen levels in high altitude chambers are operated between 10% and 16% on average, there is no need for a sealing like in chambers where the oxygen is reduced to 1% and below, such as a fruit cold store or O2 Low Organic fumigation chambers.
