Installation areas

Installing O2Low application chambers with cold room sandwich panels are the most ergonomic way of use the system to apply protocols with full control. There are also other solutions available such as existing fumigation rooms, special containers, application tents, which are compatible with environmental conditions. when to use such other solutions necessary improvements should be applied.

The gas-tight chambers required for fumigation can be installed almost anywhere and can be built to any desired capacity. Mobile solutions such as containers, tents or large liner packaging are also available.

The most resistant insect species, including insects that have gained chemical resistance, will not survive after O2Low controlled atmosphere treatment. Moreover, the process does not have any adverse effects on the quality, color and taste of the processed products. The O2Low application has proven to be effective even for insects that burrow into the material in bulky materials such as wood.

The O2Low system can be used to create optimal, oxygen-reduced storage conditions in specially built gas-tight chambers, creating an atmosphere in which no insect and its stages (eggs, larvae, pupae or adults) can survive after the treatment.

As these chambers can handle large amounts of capacities simultaneously, they are one of the most suitable and efficient solutions for the application. These special chambers can be built in any desired and required capacity as long as there is sufficient space in the facility. It is possible to construct treatment chambers in various sizes.
